We are looking for a results-driven professional to scale Whalebone Peacemaker’s sales among smaller ISPs through automated, online-driven processes. In this role, you will optimize customer acquisition, streamline digital sales funnels, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the self-service journey. If you have experience in SaaS-like sales models, customer growth strategies, and digital acquisition, this is your opportunity to shape how we engage and convert SMB customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive online sales and acquisition of smaller ISP customers through scalable, automated processes.

  • Optimize the digital customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and self-service options (SaaS).

  • Leverage data and insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

  • Support and engage partners to expand reach and drive SMB growth efficiently

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in digital sales & marketing or growth roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.

  • Understanding of online customer acquisition and self-service sales models.

  • Analytical skills to optimize funnels and improve conversion rates.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams, aligning sales, marketing, and product efforts.

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on scalable growth strategies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the ISPs industry and understanding of their needs.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Background in product-led growth or transitioning traditional products to SaaS models.

  • Knowledge of DNS, cybersecurity, or network infrastructure.

  • Experience working with channel partners to drive sales and adoption.
