Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our top management team to lead the company's finance, administration, and business operations. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Most importantly, he/she will take an active role in maximizing the growth of our company. We are looking for a leader who has experience with a fast growth environment and can work with the leadership team to drive results.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance & operations management (and companywide) dashboard / BSC management, steering and maintenance

  • Financing (Venture debt, Equity, other forms of financing)

  • Confident investor relations and board (relations) steering (offload CEO)

  • Remuneration schemes design & management (continuous scheme review & optimization) in high growth scaling company

  • Pricing & revenue strategy. Revenue strategic insights for company steering.

  • Refresh the budgeting process to significantly decrease the level of involvement of founder while keeping their confidence and efficiency of the business

  • Refresh reporting for management, founders and investors

  • Balance sheet optimization (SaaS specifics, Tax)

  • ESOP active steering & management

  • Transactions (Shareholder buyouts, incl. financing, M&A)

  • Legal form transfer (i.e. LTD -> JSC)


Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA appreciated

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting - preferably experience with a multinational company operating globally

  • At least 3 years of experience in a management and leadership role

  • Experience in risk management (taxation and liquidity)

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with financial technology and systems

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills

  • Experience interacting and being a part of senior management, like Board of Directors and C-level interaction

  • Nice to have
    • IPO process driver

    • Foreign subsidiaries and tax registrations management, transfer pricing (small scale)
