We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented CRM Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that it effectively supports our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance our customer engagement strategies and drive growth.

Responsibilities

    Technology and Systems Management

    • Manage the integration of our new CRM system (Hubspot)

    • Ensure adoption of our CRM system (Hubspot) across the organization.

    • Develop and implement best practice guidelines for utilization of our CRM system.

    • Recommend and implement integrations with other systems to support the growth of the business

    • Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

    Process Optimization and Automation

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize CRM processes and workflows.

    • Identify efficiencies in lead-to-cash workflows and implement improvements

    • Automate manual tasks to enhance data accuracy and team efficiency

    Data and Insights

    • Help develop custom reports and dashboards for key stakeholders

    • Improve data integration between key platforms (Hubspot, Abra, CX tools, Looker)

    • Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer engagement.

    • Generate and present regular reports on CRM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Prove experience in data-driven role working closely with finance and sales functions.

  • High proficiency with software tools and quick adaptability

  • Proven experience with CRM tools specifically Hubspot (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, ZOHO, Monday,)

  • Expertise in creating dashboards and managing sales operations

  • Effective and proactive communicator with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SQL/mySQL or other data analysis languages

  • Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM platform.

  • Experience in integrating new CRM systems

  • Experience with BI tools.
