Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development 

  • Oversee team and portfolio performance, focusing on revenue growth and penetration.

  • Conduct regular QBRs, create and execute Success Plans, and plan trips.

  • Build and manage C-level relationships.

  • Develop team members by running quarterly feedback sessions and creating development plans in collaboration with HR.

  • Evaluate team performance quarterly and determine bonuses based on results.

Strategic Planning and Reporting

  • Forecast revenue for the team's portfolio and create Account Plans.

  • Provide weekly customer updates, including progress on projects, meetings, and other highlights.

Personal Account Management

  • Maintain a personal portfolio of 3-6 strategic telco customers.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in customer success management OR telco-related experience (presales, product management, key accounts).

  • Experience with leading a team of 3+ people (ideally remote team)

  • Demonstrated history of working with enterprise customers

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Russian

  • Demonstrated organizational skills for effective task management

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional, long-term relationships

  • Will enjoy traveling
