🔍What will you do

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes for our tech-savvy team members🔄
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies, with a focus on the unique aspects of the tech industry⚖️
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters, including employee development and relations🏋️‍♀️
• Collaborate with teams to understand their unique HR needs and develop tailored solutions🤝🏻
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects that support the growth and success of our company by working on important initiatives like setting up a new benefits system, a new performance management process, or setting up and improving our HRIS (We use Pinya)🌱
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and innovation📩

• Candidates with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in IT or tech-focused roles with proven expertise in managing the employee lifecycle

• Specialisation and keen interest in at least one of the following HR areas: onboarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management

• Excellent knowledge of Czech labour code regulations

• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak (minimum B2 level) is essential; proficiency in both written and spoken forms

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service to our team members

• Ability to adapt to the fast growing company environment and its impact on HR practices

• Brno-based individual who enjoys interacting with others and is able to work from the office 4 days per week, with optional one day working from home
